Purpose Letter - a minimum one-page document explaining (1) why you wish to teach a diverse student population and what makes you qualified to become a teacher. (2) Include any paid or volunteer opportunities you completed where you currently or previously worked with children in pre-school to high school. (3) Explain what you believe are some of the fundamental causes of racial disparities in education, and (4) how you have or will seek opportunities to improve the learning environment to meet the needs of historically marginalized students.
Unofficial transcripts - from all colleges/universities you attended, including community colleges, will be considered with the initial application.

Documents: Attach your resume, purpose letter, transcripts, and three letters of recommendation to your application - you will need three references, including at least one current or previous supervisor and two colleagues.
