JOB GOAL: 

The Front Desk and Welcome Center Support Staff team member is responsible for performing a variety of clerical functions concerning the maintenance of all student records with respect to confidentiality.   As the front-line-employee for USD 500, your role will be extremely important for improving customer experience and satisfaction. The goal should always be to make our guests feel comfortable and satisfied while in our office.  These team members will also respond to Welcome Center and school registration-related inquiries from district staff, families, and community.

REASONING ABILITY: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.  Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

 

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of administrators, staff, parents, students, and the general public.
